Privacy Policy

Omni Labs is the strategic design and growth studio of Omni Group Ventures, serving businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom. This page explains what information we collect on omnilabs.design, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you choose to give us, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What we collect
If you complete the clarity scorecard and request your report, we collect:
- Your name and work email address
- Your website address, if you choose to share it
- Your six scorecard answers, your clarity score, and the gaps the scorecard detects
If you email us or book a discovery call, we receive whatever you include in that message or booking. Booking runs through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, which has its own privacy policy.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To generate and email you your clarity report. That's the reason we ask.
- To follow up once to see how the fixes landed, if it seems useful.
- To respond when you contact us about working together.
No newsletter. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to anything.
Where it goes
Scorecard submissions are delivered through Make (make.com), an automation platform we use to compile and send your report, hosted in the EU. Your details are shared with the services needed to deliver the report and nothing else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep scorecard submissions for as long as they're useful for the purpose you gave them, and we delete them on request at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@omnilabs.design and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date.
